New Owners of Double LL Labs
Thank you to our "puppy families" for the pictures and emails! We love hearing from you!

We just thought we would send a quick email with an update on
Taiga's life with us so far! She is an amazing puppy and we are
so happy with her. Everyone who meets her instantly likes her.
She has adapted to our life without any problems. We took her on
her first canoe trip when she was just over 3 months and she was
a natural! She sleeps in the bottom of the boat and rarely moves
around. Since that first trip she has been out in the canoe with
us numerous times. She also went sailing with us at Diefenbaker
and we have already taken her on a few camping trips (summer and
winter!). She just recently graduated from obedience class and
will move on to the intermediate level classes. We couldn't be
happier with her!

I just wanted to send you guys an email
telling you all about Molly. It has been a few years since I
have emailed. Molly is now seven and half. She is the ABSOLUTE
best dog ever. Aside from her greying face and tail, she seems
like a puppy. In fact we had her at the vet the other day and
she was a spazzy as ever. The vet asked how old she is and when
we told him her age he could not believe it and replied that she
still has a lot of puppy in her! Lukas loves to play fetch
with her and Brooke is mesmerized by everything Molly does.
Molly is also quite fond of Brookes bald head and licks her
every chance she gets. Molly's energy, loyalty, patience and
playful personality makes her such a loyal and cherished member
of our family.
All the best

Indy - singing and "playing the piano"!!
Indy - "He's such a smart
dog! We take him on lots of walks, and for the most part, he
does his business when he goes on those (he knows there's a
piece of dog-food in my pocket for him when he does). He's
learned that he has to sit and wait as we put his food in front
of him until we say ok, and he's learned how to sit and wait
with our hand raised in the air, and walk away from him. So far
we can get about 10-15 feet away while he stays. As soon as we
drop our hand he knows he can come bounding. He also is
completely crate-trained (that didn't take too long). He loves
his crate, which is in our bedroom, and often during the day
when we're home he'll disappear and sleep in it on his own, with
the door open. It's become exactly what we wanted - his little
sanctuary."

Storm
Storm - "We are very pleased with his retrieving both in water and on land. He is learning quickly, has a really good nose and has been training with scented dummies. He has sit, stay and come perfected. He loves playing with the kids or just hanging with the family at home. We are all loving him."
