please send me a new picture. Thanks.
He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog.
You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours,
faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart.
You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion.

We are very pleased with his retrieving both in water and on
land. He is learning quickly, has a really good nose and has
been training with scented dummies. He has sit, stay and come
perfected. He loves playing with the kids or just hanging with
the family at home. We are all loving him.

He's such a smart dog! We take him on lots of walks, and for the
most part, he does his business when he goes on those (he knows
there's a piece of dog-food in my pocket for him when he does).
He's learned that he has to sit and wait as we put his food in
front of him until we say ok, and he's learned how to sit and
wait with our hand raised in the air, and walk away from
him. So far we can get about 10-15 feet away while he stays. As
soon as we drop our hand he knows he can come bounding. He also
is completely crate-trained (that didn't take too long). He
loves his crate, which is in our bedroom, and often during the
day when we're home he'll disappear and sleep in it on his own,
with the door open. It's become exactly what we wanted--his
little sanctuary.

"Mike and I are so happy with the pups you and Garry produce,
these stories are only testaments to the one of a kind, family
raised, perfect temperament dogs you breed and pups you raise."

"I just wanted to email to to tell you that Grissom
has been swimming and diving into the river at the Dog Park. He
is absolutely awesome. He can dive so far! The way he retrieves
and looks for the toys in the water, both on top of water and
underneath, is absolutely unbelievable! He brings it right back
and places the object he retrieved right in the palm of my hand.
I am convinced this in just in his genes. The other day we were
playing with 3 other Labs and the Frisbee we were playing with
got lost in some plants and none of the retrievers could find
it. Grissom was the one to find it and bring it back and
everyone was cheering saying he was best retriever - you should
have seen how proud he was when he climbed out of the water with
the Frisbee. It was priceless.
There are other Labs there that are not even close to be at the
level Grissom is at, in terms of focus, listening, etc. and some
are older. People are constantly telling me what a beautiful,
good retrieving dog he is. It is also amazing to me what
progress he has made since turning 2. I am a proud dog mom."

"We really appreciate the time and energy you put into your
dogs. It
clearly shows when the new family takes them home and starts
working
with them. "

"And he is so adorable. From the moment I saw him, I knew he was
our
dog. Thanks so much to both of you. Your dedication is a great
gift to dog
owners like us."

Bubba and Cruise
"What are the chances of two dogs; brother and sister meeting at
a lake on the same weekend in Saskatchewan? Wendell and I were
at Nemeiben Lake camping for the weekend with our dog Bubba. I
was cleaning up from a meal and Wendell was throwing a stick for
Bubba to retrieve off the dock; when Dwayne spotted them. Dwayne
(mistakenly taking Bubba for his dog Cruise) told Wendell, “Hey
if my dog’s bothering you, just send it on home to our
campsite.” Wendell, quite confused, (and thinking Dwayne was
perhaps enjoying himself a little too much), told him that this
was his dog. Dwayne disbelievingly told Wendell that he had one
looked just like that! Sure enough, the next morning, along came
Leah and Cruise; and brother and sister got to meet! What a
laugh we had; and what fun Cruise and Bubba had tearing around
and swimming together (along with Cruise’s guardian Muffin)!
We’re sending along some pics as proof and for you to enjoy!"
